With over two decades of experience as a graphic design professional, Paul's versatility encompasses a wide spectrum of creative areas, including creative strategy, brand development, print and digital design strategies, and more. His strategic outlook toward clients' marketing campaigns and projects consistently yields intelligent, groundbreaking solutions that engage the target audience and generate tangible results.
What is your professional background?
Work hard, push boundaries and help foster others around you has been my motto over the course of my over twenty-five years of design and creative leadership. As a creative director with a mentality of strategy first and creativity and design second, I’ve been fortunate for the opportunity to help lead small to large global brands in achieving marketing success with integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, web, TV, print and social media. I’ve had the unique opportunity to not only spend years working on the tactile print side of design but also on the web development and digital side of the industry.
How do you prefer to start your workday?
I like to spend the first few moments of the day catching up with the industry trends and news with some coffee and chatting with colleagues. Then I review what I accomplished the previous day and set my goals for the day.
What is a work-related accomplishment you’re proud of?
The biggest work-related accomplishment for me is something I learned from my father: being steadfast in my hard work and staying committed and loyal. I've done that by being with the same company for my entire professional career. I always say I’ve been proud to have had different roles/positions but only one job interview.
