Focusing on campaign strategy, Matt spends his days overseeing the planning process, developing innovative media campaigns that align with client goals and ensuring those campaigns run smoothly. He works with clients to identify their goals to determine which types of media will work best for them, coordinating with the media team to make sure campaigns reach those goals. He maintains certifications for the Google Suite of products and is currently participating in the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.
What is your professional background?
I’ve worked in a number of odd roles, from logistics to a mechanic, but I’ve been working in media with Trilix since graduating college in 2017. Over that time, I’ve seen the agency and media department grow and change dramatically.
What is a work-related accomplishment you’re proud of?
Growing my role at Trilix over the last five years from media specialist to media manager. When I started, I had almost no media experience, so to learn and grow as much as I have is really important to me.
If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing, what would it be and why?
Great ideas because not every idea is a great one.
